Carla Thomas, MPT

In 2003, I graduated with a Masters degree from Ohio University School of Physical Therapy. Since that time I have worked with a wide variety of clients and continued to build my knowledge and skills in treatment options for those with sports and occupational injuries and orthopedic and neurological impairments. My eclectic approach to physical therapy takes into consideration that we are all multi-system, complex beings that need a truly customized plan of care in order to reach our full potential.

Some things I love: Learning new things and meeting new people, dogs, Crossfit, and naps.

When I’m not treating my patients, you can find me trying to raise two boys into kind and respectful men.

Some of my favorite activities are sitting on the couch with my husband (doesn’t happen much), hanging with friends and fam, and taking my dogs for a walk and enjoying nature.

MY PROMISE

I commit completely to designing the comprehensive therapy plan that you need to reach your goals, whether that be setting a PR for an Olympic lift or being able to walk to your mailbox without pain, improving your mile pace or muting the ache that won’t let you sleep at night. I will use my extensive and eclectic experience to find a solution to your problems. I strive for honest customer service, with on-going, open communication in order to provide you with the best care possible; and if that care is beyond my skill set, I will refer you on to the right person.
